EVENT OVERVIEW
With 1 day of progressive panel discussions and 4 days of music (including acts such as Minus the Bear, The Internet, and DRAM), the national Urban Outfitters team truly brought their talent curation A game to SXSW 2017.
SERVICES PROVIDED
This event called for an elevated level of production to accommodate high caliber artists in a relatively small space, and Ritual Events was hired to meet the challenge. Services provided include:
Production Direction (Stage, Lights, Audio), Site Operations and Infrastructure, Food Vendor Acquisition and Management, Site Plan Creation and Design (Production Design), Artistic Installations, Permitting with the City of Austin, Staffing (Including Security, Medical, Police, Stage Managers/Hands, Artist Relations, etc), Budget Management, and more!
