EVENT OVERVIEW
Sound on Sound Fest is a three-day music, comedy, action sports and camping festival held 35 miles east of downtown Austin, Texas, at the Sherwood Forest Faire, home to an annual renaissance faire, and medieval-style village, set on 23 acres and located in the heart of the Lost Pines Forest region of Central Texas.
SERVICES PROVIDED
The Ritual Events team handles the entire production end of Sound on Sound Festival from top to bottom. Working along side and coordinating with Margin Walker Presents (who handle Booking and Marketing), we handle all logistical, on-site needs, including:
Production Direction (Stage, Lights, Audio, Artist Advancing, etc), Site Operations and Infrastructure, Food/Retail/Non Profit Vendor Acquisition and Management, Site Plan Creation and Design (Production Design), Artistic Installations, Permitting, Staffing (Including Security, Medical, Police, Stage Managers/Hands, Artist Relations, etc), Quartermaster Management, Box Office Operations, Safety Planning, Budget Management, Budget Modeling, and so so SO much more…
