EVENT OVERVIEW
Pitchfork SXSW 2017 was a 2 day showcase near downtown Austin at the beautiful French Legation Museum. Pitchfork hosted free, all ages, day parties with performances by buzzy and well known artists such as S U R V I V E, Beach Slang, Jidenna, Jay Som, Noname, and many more with attendance of 2000+ people per day.
SERVICES PROVIDED
The Ritual Events team worked with the events team at Pitchfork to create an experience that would emphasize the quality of music being showcased, and also represent the well-known Pitchfork brand as expressed through this event. Services provided include:
Production Direction (Stage, Lights, Audio), Site Operations and Infrastructure, Food Vendor Acquisition and Management, Site Plan Creation and Design (Production Design), Artistic Installations, Permitting with the City of Austin, Staffing (Including Security, Medical, Police, Stage Managers/Hands, Artist Relations, etc), Budget Management, and more!
